ROSBANK’s Depositary is one of the recognised leaders in the market, with total assets under custody exceeding US$ 6.5 billion as of mid-2005 and over 100 transactions settled on a daily basis. The Bank has established the broadest transfer-agent network in Russia allowing it to process more than 2000 types of securities. Direct correspondent relationships are maintained with 130 registrars and major clearing depositories, such as Clearstream, Depository Clearing Company (“DCC”), National Depository Central (“NDC”), and Vneshtorgbank (“VTB”).

Currently, the Depositary has more than 1,800 customers, which include major Russian and international banks, brokerage houses, financial companies and private investors.

Currently, the Bank offers the following products to its clients:

• Safekeeping of all types of securities,
• Support of the client’s trading operations at MICEX via a special nominee account with NDC,
• Transfer and re-registration of all types of securities,
• Complete back-office support for its clients,
• Free-of-charge information on corporate actions and general market events,
• Delivery/receipt of securities against payment in roubles and foreign currency,
• Custody operations with documentary securities, including promissory notes,
• Lending against securities,
• Dividend and income collection.
